PRODUCT QUALITY WARRANTY TERMS
(heat exchangers and modules of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems)
1. Purpose of Quality Warranty Terms
The purpose of the enterprise's quality warranty terms is to provide the consumer with a product whose quality meets the requirements of regulatory documentation during transportation, storage, and operation stages, as well as to regulate relationships with the consumer regarding quality matters.
2. Enterprise Guarantees
The manufacturing enterprise guarantees compliance of climate control systems with the requirements of standard Ts 228381l7-001:2014 when observing the operation rules established by the enterprise.
Enterprise Guarantees for Transportation and Storage:
The enterprise guarantees compliance of the products with regulatory documentation during transportation and storage, provided that transportation and storage are carried out in accordance with category Ж2, GOST 15150 (Sheds or premises where temperature and humidity fluctuations are insignificantly different from fluctuations in open air. Covered vehicles without artificial heating or cooling, where temperature and humidity fluctuations are insignificantly different from fluctuations in open air).
The storage warranty period for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (cooling) system components and units does not exceed 24 months from the date of shipment.
Enterprise Guarantees for Operation:
The enterprise guarantees compliance of the products with regulatory documentation during operation, provided that they are operated in category УХЛ2 according to GOST 15150 (Air temperature moderately cold from +40°C to -60°C, with the average annual relative humidity of 75%) with consideration of complying with the vehicle's operating modes.
Completeness Guarantees:
The completeness of the products is verified against the accompanying documentation. Claims regarding completeness cannot be accepted by the supplier or manufacturer if the consumer has not notified about incompleteness within 10 days, and the products have been accepted and documented.
The service life warranty for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (cooling) system components and units supplied for installation is 5 years.
Service Life and Repair Warranty:
The warranty life of heat exchangers and modules of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems is not less than the warranty life and running time of the vehicle for which they are intended.
The warranty period is calculated from the date of product sale, and if such a period cannot be determined, the warranty period is calculated from the date of manufacture. The warranty period for operation is 20000km of vehicle mileage or 12 months from the date of sale, whichever comes first.
Warranty repairs are carried out by repairing or replacing the part only by the authorized dealer or manufacturer within the warranty period, in accordance with the defect report.
The right to warranty repair is lost if:
- The climate control system is filled and operated with refrigerant, antifreeze different from the recommended one;
- If works or inspections are performed by an unauthorized dealer;
- The malfunction is caused by an accident or improper operation of the vehicle;
- The operation mode of the vehicle is changed (using the vehicle for racing or sports competitions);
- Changes are made to the construction of the climate control system;
- Mechanical or chemical impacts are made;
- The malfunction is a result of force majeure circumstances.
Product Quality Guarantees:
The quality of the product is guaranteed by the manufacturer (seller) by a quality certificate or conformity certificate.
Compliance of the product with the requirements of regulatory documentation may be applicable if the consumer (buyer) complies with storage, transportation, installation, dismantling, and operating conditions.
